Each resident receives four weeks of vacation annually, plus additional life maintenance days specific to their program. For life events requiring extended time away, our leave policy provides full salary coverage for the first six weeks of approved medical, parental, or caregiver leave.

Residents have access to confidential mental health services with flexible scheduling and no out-of-pocket costs. Our Employee and Family Assistance Program (EAP) and BeHealth platform provide additional resources for emotional support and work-life balance.
